This solution integrates high-definition cameras, LiDAR, and high-precision positioning equipment through an onboard platform, combining edge computing and cloud-based deep learning algorithms to achieve efficient data collection, automatic extraction, and centimeter-level positioning of road assets (road surfaces, signs, guardrails, markings, light poles, etc.). The system supports outputting standardized results suitable for GIS, from raw images to structured asset lists, meeting various application scenarios such as routine road maintenance, asset inventory, risk assessment, and digital twins.

To improve driving safety on mountain roads, the transportation department is implementing an intelligent early warning facility upgrade project at level crossings. This project will adopt a closed-loop management model of "front-end perception + cloud-based decision-making + terminal response." Roadside sensing devices will monitor vehicle traffic in real time, and AI algorithms will analyze the data to generate early warning commands, which will then be issued via solar-powered early warning terminals.

The Ma'anshan City "Four Good Rural Roads" Comprehensive Management Platform was completed and put into use in 2023. Taking the informatization of rural roads as the carrier, it innovated a new "Internet + management and maintenance" model for rural roads, and comprehensively improved the level of refinement and intelligence in the management and maintenance of rural roads throughout the city.
This project, as the only municipal-level development achievement in the province, was successfully selected into the Anhui Province Smart Transportation Technology Application Scientific and Technological Achievement Promotion Directory, providing Ma'anshan's innovative experience for accelerating technological innovation and industrial transformation and upgrading, and serving and supporting the construction of a strong transportation province. -

Hefei Rural Road Automated Detection and Basic Data Survey and Update Service
To thoroughly implement the spirit of the "Four Good Rural Roads" construction initiative and actively respond to the provincial pilot requirements of "One Road, One File" for rural roads, this key measure aims to facilitate the digital and refined transformation of rural road management in Hefei. Our company provided the Hefei Municipal Highway Management Service Center with a systematic and intelligent automated detection and basic data survey and update service for rural roads. By integrating high-precision sensors, artificial intelligence analysis, and big data platform technology, a comprehensive and traceable digital "check-up" was conducted on approximately 18,800 kilometers of rural roads throughout the city. This successfully established a city-wide, up-to-date, and scientifically sound rural road basic data resource database, setting a new benchmark for the digital transformation of rural road infrastructure in the province and even the country.
